Which plan should I start with?
If you're new to Hybrid, start with the Monthly plan at RM40 — it's the lowest-commitment way to see how the engine works for you. If you already know you want it long-term, the 2-year early-bird is by far the lowest cost per month.
How does the +1 month renewal bonus work?
For existing CIBMALL Autoplay subscribers, any renewal of 6 months or longer gets +1 month added to the new subscription period at no charge. The bonus stacks with the duration discount — so 6 months becomes 7, 12 becomes 13, and so on.
Which packages include Auto-Ready and Auto-Start?
Auto-Ready and Auto-Start are available on select packages (T&C apply). Eligibility may change, so please contact our customer service for the latest tier mapping before you subscribe if these features are critical for you.
Is ZRF SUPER really the same product?
It is the same engine, on its own build. ZRF SUPER is our build for the 超级舞者 server at sdo.zrfsoft.com — the same automation, the same uncapped full-perfect play, the same hotkeys you define yourself, at the same price as 9you SUPER. It is sold as its own subscription: a ZRF licence does not run on 9you and a 9you licence does not run on ZRF.
Are the discounted prices permanent?
No — the CIBMALL Annual at RM220 is marked "Limited Units" and the 2-year at RM385 is an "Early Bird" rate. Both will return to standard pricing once limits are reached. If you want a long-term plan, locking in at the discounted rate is the best move.
What if I subscribe and Hybrid doesn't work for me?
Reach out to our customer service team via email or Facebook — we'll work with you to troubleshoot. Refunds and adjustments are handled case-by-case per our Terms of Service.
