Your data, handled with care.

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account information — the username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) you provide when registering.
• Subscription & purchase records — the plans you buy, durations, renewal history, and the platform (CIBMALL, ZRF SUPER or 9you SUPER) tied to your account.
• Payment details — the method used and a reference to confirm your transaction. We do not store full card numbers on our servers (see Section 04).
• Communications — the content of emails and messages you send us for support or enquiries.
• Technical & usage data — basic information such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and provide the software and member panel;
• Process payments, activate subscriptions, and apply renewals and bonuses;
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
• Deliver software updates and important service notices;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Payments are processed by trusted third parties — including banks, PayPal, and Alipay — that meet international security standards. When you pay by card or e-wallet, your payment details are handled by that provider, not stored on our servers.

We receive only what we need to confirm and reconcile your transaction, such as a payment reference, amount, and status. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function — for example to keep you signed in to the member panel and to remember your language preference. These are essential cookies; without them parts of the Service would not work.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers — payment processors, hosting, and infrastructure partners (such as our AWS hosting) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards;
• Legal reasons — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your data is handled.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that you can return and renew with your purchase history intact, and so we can meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your account — see Section 09.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including hashed password storage, encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and reputable hosting infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You also play a part: use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials private.

You have control over your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we must retain by law;
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update most details directly in the member panel, or contact us at [email protected] and we will help. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

HybridCheats serves subscribers across Malaysia, mainland China, and Southeast Asia, and our infrastructure and payment partners may be located in different countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

Wherever your data is processed, we take steps to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

The Service is not directed at children, and you must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to register. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
