The word covers two different worries, and they deserve separate answers. The first is about your computer: is this file going to do something to my machine that I did not agree to. The second is about your game account: can I lose it. Most pages answer only the first, because it is the easy one, and let the reader assume the second was covered too.

HybridCheats is a Windows client that injects a DLL into the running game and hooks its input and timing. That is the whole of what it does to your system. It does not install a driver, it does not add a startup service, and it does not run when you are not running it.
Where you get the build matters more than what the build is. Every HybridCheats release is downloaded from the member panel after a subscription activates, and from nowhere else — not a file host, not a forum attachment, not a mirror somebody re-uploaded. This is not a formality. Repackaged installers for software like this are the single most common way people in this hobby get something they did not want, and a re-upload is indistinguishable from the original until it is running.
On the software itself: it is independently built and privately distributed. Its own codebase, its own subscriber management, no shared builds and no shared subscriber data with anyone. It is not a rebadge of a public tool, which is worth stating plainly because a rebadge inherits every problem of whatever it was built from.
Here is the part worth being straight about: no autoplay software for any online game can guarantee your account will never be actioned. Not this one, not any of them. The publisher decides what happens on their servers, they can change how they decide at any time, and nobody selling a client-side tool has visibility into that.
You will see confident promises to the contrary elsewhere. Treat them as what they are — a claim nobody in this position is able to verify, offered because it is what a nervous buyer wants to hear. We would rather you decide with the real shape of the risk in front of you, because a customer who was told the truth stays and one who was told a story does not.
What we do control, we do: the software is patched against client updates so it does not break in obvious ways, it is not sold to strangers as a public download, and the subscriber base is managed privately. That is the honest boundary of what a publisher can offer.
Regardless of who you buy from, these are worth checking. Where is the build downloaded from — a member area, or a link somebody posted? Is there a named, reachable channel for support, or only an anonymous handle? Is there a track record you can inspect, or did the site appear this year? Does the pricing page name what you are actually buying, or is it deliberately vague about which client the build targets?
And most simply: does the seller tell you anything you would rather not hear? A page that has no downside anywhere on it has been written to close you, not to inform you.
